Dice Jerome Salinger: \u201cquelli che mi lasciano proprio senza fiato sono i libri che quando li hai finiti di leggere vorresti che l&#39;autore fosse un tuo amico per la pelle e poterlo chiamare al telefono\u201d. \u00c8 da un po\u2019 di tempo che volevamo usare il teatro come quella famosa telefonata, per incontrare Sir William Shakespeare in carne-e-ossa e fare due chiacchiere con lui sulla sua biografia, su cosa \u00e8 stato fatto delle sue opere, su pi\u00f9 di 400 anni della sua storia post-mortem dentro e fuori dalla scena \u2013 come se accompagnassimo Van Gogh al Van Gogh Museum o Dante in mezzo ai turisti che visitano la sua abitazione fiorentina. Partiamo dall\u2019immaginario collettivo per parlare con Shakespeare. Certo, non sar\u00e0 il vero, autentico, originario William Shakespeare, ma se riusciamo a incontrare anche uno solo dei possibili Shakespeare, forse l\u2019esperimento potr\u00e0 dirsi riuscito.<\/span>
Shakespearology \u00e8 un one-man-show, una biografia, un catalogo di materiali shakespeariani pi\u00f9 o meno pop, un pezzo teatrale ibrido che d\u00e0 voce al Bardo in persona e cerca di rovesciare i ruoli abituali: dopo secoli passati a interrogare la sua vita e le sue opere, finalmente \u00e8 lui che dice la sua, interrogando il pubblico del nostro tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n
